Our group were second to last group, so everyone in my group ended up watching the other groups present.
What I learnt from listening to other groups feedbacks was telling the audience whose in charge with making was important. Having humour in the presentation is great because presentation shouldn’t be serious. For stall design, show off the illustrations and design. Always assume that the person you’re selling the idea doesn’t know what certain terms such as certain type of social networking site and risotto printer.
Don’t tell them if there is someone in the group there not here presenting because the person providing the money would think is the group trustworthy the money. Make sure that the brand is showing through in the presentation by showing the product, each slide should show the brand. End with a nice slide. Never show mock up designs. Don’t have to much writing, have it bullet point it. Look at current designers case studys.
The feedback that mashup got was we should add products, packaging, creative stalls images, create grids, talk about promotion and create more mock images. Other then that our presentation was strong.
